Gogo Inflight Internet, the leader in US in-flight internet access, needed to differentiate their burgeoning brand from the numerous air carriers who offers their service. Built on a comprehensive digital strategy, which includes web, email marketing, digital advertising and on-board portals the playful, friendly design juxtaposes Gogo from the stuffiness of the established carriers and the often stressful nature of today’s air travel. Using key brand elements, fonts and colors the design makes a positive impression without being overbearing, while the streamlined login process allows users to be online in moments.
As creative lead I was responsible for all aspects of building the digital strategy, from user research & strategic goals to interaction & visual design consistent across the many digital touch points. I independently manage a large, dynamic team during an eight month project.
